"Remember the 15" 5 Year Anniversary Event

	Brent Coon - Founder – Brent Coon & Associates Eva Rowe - Daughter of James & Linda Rowe (victims of the explosion) Attorney Brent Coon offers opening remarks and an overview of the plant explosion and ensuing litigation. He introduces Eva Rowe, who lost both parents in the explosion, and whose strength and determination was instrumental in initiating change throughout an industry.
	Diane Findley – Legal Assistant – Brent Coon & Associates (on behalf of James & Linda Rowe Memorial Scholarship recipients) Diane Findley discusses the James & Linda Rowe Memorial Scholarship, which provides education scholarships to students in Hornbeck, Louisiana.
	Dr. David Herndon – Professor and Chief of Staff – University of Texas Medical Branch Dr. Herndon talks about the many scientific advancements made as a result of the $12.5 million dollars donated to UTMB.
	Dr. William Mileski – Professor and Chief of Trauma Surgery - University of Texas Medical Branch Dr. Mileski recalls the day of the explosion, when he and his staff successfully treated two dozens injured workers.
	Dr. M. Sam Mannan – Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center Regents Professor Dr. Mannan details the progress made in industrial plant safety as a result of the $12.5 million dollars donated to Texas A&M University.
	Honorable Susan Criss – 212th District Court Judge in Galveston County Judge Criss, who presided over the BP litigation, explains the court proceedings and the precedent setting settlement.
	Monica O’Neal – Director of College of the Mainland Foundation Monica O’Neal and Katherine Rodriguez discuss the College of the Mainland Foundation to aid local students and support process safety measures.
	David Senko – Manager of Construction, Jacobs/J.E. Merit David Senko, who supervised 11 of the 15 victims of the explosion, talks about a lack of accountability since the accident and tributes the fallen victims.
	Joe Bilancich - Retired Chairman of the Workmen’s Committee – United Steelworkers As Labor Liaison for the USW at the Texas City plant, Joe Bilancich provides a firsthand account of how process safety has changed in the refinery over the past five years.
	Jim Lefton – Sub Director, Sub District 1 – United Steelworkers District 13 Jim Lefton discusses the 10 safety points BP and the USW negotiated in order to improve safety conditions on the Texas City plant.
